'Buhari Can Rule Nigeria From Anywhere in the World' - Presidency

Nigeria's Presidency has expressed that President Buhari can lead from anyplace on the planet, two days after he set out on a 10-day private visit to the United Kingdom.

The Presidency who on Saturday, April 27, 2019, said that President Buhari can control from anyplace on the planet, included that he didn't have to advise the National Assembly, inasmuch as his nonappearance was for a brief period. It further expressed that the president while in the UK could practice his position since his nonattendance would keep going for 10 days and not as long as 21 days. 

Responding to a request by Punch on Buhari's visit to the UK, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Garba Shehu who safeguarded his main said; "Area 145 (1)(2) of the 1999 Constitution saying " This is generally short nonattendance. On the off chance that you check Section 145 (1) and (2) of the Constitution, you will see that the law is possibly encroached upon when such nonappearance stretches out to 21 days."
