#TransferNews: Arsenal Makes Move For Former Chelsea Captain Gary Cahill

Arsenal are among four Premier League clubs who are considering a summer swoop for former Chelsea captain, Gary Cahill, 90min reports.

The 33-year-old defender will become a free agent when his Blues contract expires at the end of this month.

It is understood that Cahill is keen to remain in the English top-flight.

Gunners boss, Unai Emery, is set to bolster his defence this summer and it is believed that Cahill is among his targets.

London rivals, West Ham and Crystal Palace are also keeping tabs on his situation and could soon make a move.

Cahill’s former side, Aston Villa, have also been linked with a move, although the centre-back would rather stay in London where he has been since 2012 when he joined Chelsea.
