Rev'd Jaremiah Okunola empowers church members, donates food to aged on his 50th birthday celebration

On the 24 of March, 2024 would  be unforgettable in the minds of some members of African Church  Solution Camp, Sam Ewang Estate, Abeokuta, Ogun State as Rev'd Jaremiah Tunji Okunola empowered some of them with vocational materials on his 50th birthday celebration.

Rev'd Jaremiah's 50th  birthday celebration which took place at African Church Solution Camp had in attendance many dignitaries in Ogun State and outside the State.

Some of the personalities present were, the Senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District, Senator Olamilekan Solomon Adeola, popularly known as Yayi who was represented by his Legisalative aide, Adebisi Olaitan , the Wife of the former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Mrs Bola Obasanjo, Chief Adewoolu and his wife, the representative of Alake of Egba land, the representative of Olowu of Owu kingdom, the Osile of Oke Ona, Oba Tejuosho, the two former Speakers of Ogun State House of Assembly, Tunji Egbetokun and Suraj Adekunbi, the founder of Mercy land International Schools, Mr Bankole and his wife mrs Bankole, pastors and other eminent people present.

Our correspondent who was at the event revealed that over 20 youths recieved vocational materials such as Sewing machines and Hairdryers.

The pastor also donated food materials to the aged who are also members of the church  as to cushion the effect of economic hardship on them.

 He said " i am gratful to God that i have been kept alive and i can take care of  my needs and that of my family. There was a time in my life when i had nobody to turn to and i am happy, i am able to do this today. I hope this will inspire all of us to help one and another. This is the least i can do give back to others to mark my 50th birthday celebration. My advice to all is never give up hope because everyone has gone through their own phase. It is my prayer that the beneficiaries would be successful in their own rights and able to pay this gesture forward." he concluded

The elated celebrant thanked everyone, especially his wife  for making his birthday a memorable one. While thanking God for sparing his life, the man of God called on members to have strong faith in God.

The beneficiaries while speaking with our correspondent appreciated the man of God, saying that were so joyous, saying that Rev'd Jaremiah has put smiles on their faces.
