May-Five Foundation Fetes Ipara Remo Students, Donates Over 500 Educational Materials

In a bid to support the educational development of students in Ogun State, the May-Five Foundation, founded by former Ogun lawmaker, Hon. (Barr.) Solomon Osho, has distributed free educational materials to over 500 students.
The former lawmaker, representing Remo North State Constituency in the 9th Assembly, who is also the Mayegun of Isara Remo spearheaded the distribution of school uniforms and exercise books to over 500 underprivileged students.
The event, which took place at Ipara Community High School in Ipara Remo, Ogun State, was a collaborative effort between the May-Five Foundation and Help The Young Initiatives in bridging gaps in access to quality education.
While speaking at the event, the foundation founder, Hon. (Barr.) Osho spoken on the importance of education in shaping students future, therefore encouraged them to take their studies seriously and strive for excellence.
He also motivated the students by underscoring the education's transformative power, adding that "Education is the cornerstone of a brighter future."
Hon. Osho revealed that the initiative is part of the Foundation's broader effort to ensure that every child, regardless of their background, has equal opportunity to succeed.
Our correspondent gathered that the program reached a large number of students, many of whom faces significant economic challenges that hinder their access to basic educational materials.
The students, who were visibly excited, received school uniforms, exercise books, and other educational materials.
The event was attended by dignitaries, including the former Vice Chairman of Remo North, Alh.(Dr) Olamilekan Bashiru, the HTYI coordinators; Miss Omotayo Esther & Mr Lukman Sowunmi.
While expressing gratitude on behalf of the beneficiaries, the Senior Prefect (Girl), Miss Victoria, said, “These uniforms and books mean so much to me. I feel more confident and motivated in my educational journey.” She emotionally appreciated Hon. (Barr.) Solomon Osho for his unwavering support for students, describing him as “a role model for others to emulate.”
The staffs and Volunteers of May-Five Foundation expressed their gratitude to Hon. Osho for his leadership and dedication.
Hon. Osho therefore appreciatedthe the school principal, staff, and students for the warm welcome extended to him and his team.
He reaffirmed his commitment to fostering youth empowerment and supporting education.
