Olumide Jones Extend Greetings to Christians On 40-Day Lenten Fast 

A Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State, Hon. Olumide Jones has extended greetings to Christians faithful as they begin the 40-day Lenten fast.

Hon. Jones also urged Christians to seek God's guidance and pray for the nation. 

He expressed his gratitude to God for another season of fasting and reflection.

The former Senatorial Aspirant, said he believed so well that God can still interve in the situation of this country. 

Hon. Jones urged the Christians to use this holy month to seek forgiveness and pray for better future in the country.

He said, incidentally, our Muslim brothers are also fasting so it's going to be good for us all to seek God and ask for his guidance for the country.

"I want to urge that we should also use this opportunity to remember the less privilege and help others to rise."

I pray that Almighty God will answer all our prayers, he said.
