Oyo State Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources, Barr. Seun Ashamu, Extends Goodwill Message to Muslims amidst Eid Celebration

 



The Honourable Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources in Oyo State, Barr. Seun Ashamu, has extended heartfelt goodwill messages to all Muslims as they mark this significant period of spiritual reflection Eid-el-Fitr celebration


In his message, Barr. Ashamu emphasized the importance of unity, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence among people of different faiths. He urged Muslims to uphold the values of love, patience, and sacrifice, which are fundamental to the teachings of Islam.


"As we celebrate this holy period, I encourage all our Muslim brothers and sisters to embrace peace and continue to pray for the progress and prosperity of our dear state and nation. Let us strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and ensure that harmony prevails in our communities," he stated.


The commissioner further reaffirmed the commitment of Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration to fostering religious harmony and ensuring the continuous development of Oyo State.
